Our Dachshund Magazine is Complete!

With the goal of completing our magazine design in time for online fundraising sales for the holiday season, we excitedly launched our latest "Canine Colorado: Dachshunds!" issue on Thanksgiving weekend. The final tally showcased 20 amazing Dachshunds, achieving a fundraising total of $3,925.

The proceeds from this issue were generously donated to two dedicated organizations: Denver Dachshund Rescue & Transport AND Mile High Dachshunds Rescue. These contributions will directly support their ongoing efforts to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for Dachshunds in need.

One of the campaign highlights was our engaging Facebook Magazine Cover Contest, which attracted thousands of votes within just three days, showcasing the community's enthusiasm and support for our beloved Dachshunds. In addition to many gorgeous portraits of these charming dogs, this issue featured heartwarming dog stories written by our talented writer, Jennifer Brauns. Her narratives captured the unique personalities and touching tales of the Dachshunds that graced our pages.

While the fundraising portion of the campaign is now complete, the magazine remains available for purchase online. It’s a perfect pick for anyone in the U.S. who adores Dachshunds and wants to keep a piece of this special edition.

Looking ahead, DelaFoto is already immersed in preparations for our next issue, which will feature the noble German Shepherd.
